SAFETY ORGANIZATION
The company maintains a permanent and organized staff that comprises Safety/Loss Prevention Program implementation and enforcement of the company Safety/Loss prevention programmed and other applicable safety standards, including the client safety program throughout the duration of the contract.
We maintain co-ordination between off-site and on-site management of the company and interfacing with the client safety group. The number and composition of the safety group will increase proportionately depending upon the project requirements or manpower provisions.
The project management team handles the entire project on a turn-key basis from site acquisition to hand-over of site.
This entails, coordinating with multiple contractors, to achieve rollout numbers ensuring quality output within specified time schedules in addition to providing daily MIS reports subsequent to critical milestone checks.
